Rob Marak

I relocated from Alberta to Kelowna, BC, in 2012, where I continued to invest in real estate opportunities available here in the beautiful Okanagan valley.  In doing so,  I have met and worked with many realtors.

In Dec. 2018, I decided it was necessary to find a realtor with whom I could establish a strong working relationship. At that time my townhouse had been listed on MLS since Aug., 2018.  More action was needed! While vacationing south, I made a call to interview Rob Marak, a realtor with Royal Lepage Kelowna, explaining what I require in a realtor-client relationship. With a promise from Mr. Marak, that both parties would be thoroughly satisfied, I was eager to start our working relationship.

Rob Marak came through and did a fantastic job! He possesses qualities and traits that every client should expect in a realtor-client relationship. I would be remiss if I did not cite some of the qualities that I so appreciated. He is: self-disciplined, intelligent (on property & market conditions as well as reading people), a leader while providing expert advice, ambitious, humble with a warm personality, making people want to be around!
